Reception starts at 5:00PM. Dinner starts at 6:30PM. Guest Speaker Zacharie Robichon multi-time IMSA Champion and Le Mans racer, will start at 7:30PM. The Annual General Meeting of the Ottawa SportsCar Club will commence at 8:00PM, followed by the presentation of our Annual Awards.
$40 per person for dinner. Children 12 & under are FREE. Attendance to AGM is free, and there will be an online link for members who cannot attend in person.

Members should attend the annual business meeting of the club to hear year end reports, elect a new board of directors and conduct other business that properly comes before this meeting. We hope most members will attend.
The voting for the new Board will be done electronically from Oct 21 to Oct 26, 2023. Every member will get a unique URL on Oct 21. Click to select your choices. The voting will close at noon October 26th, and the results presented at the AGM.
