The Annual General Meeting of the Ottawa SportsCar Club will commence at 7:00PM. Members should attend this important annual business meeting of the club to hear year end reports, elect a new board of directors and conduct other business that properly comes before this meeting. There is no charge to attend this meeting. We hope most members will attend. If you are not able to attend, you can proxy your vote to another member. The Proxy form is available for download at http://ottawasportscarclub.ca.
A vote by ballot will be held. Those holding another members proxy will be given the appropriate number of ballots. The Nominating Committee will also act as return officers and tally the votes. The winners will be announced and the ballots ordered destroyed . Please note that there will be NO Electronic Voting This Year. Only those in attendance will be eligible to vote. Additionally, Proxies will be counted towards a quorum.
