One of our furthest travelled presenters, Glen Clarke is next in our looking back to FS Symposium 2018! Coming all the way from Canada’s Capitol University, Carleton, he sparked the interest of our petrolhead attendees with his workshop on the do’s and don’ts of spark ignition systems. With a wealth of experience in sportscar racing and Formula Student as well, his highly technical workshop gave grounds for some interesting discussions. On our last day, his closing plenary lecture gave a summary to teams on project management and organization with examples from competitions and Carleton’s team as well, giving a fitting ending to our weekend of motorsport-themed events.
